Configurations

Built for multiple packaging formats

The same robotic platform is configured with different end-effectors and layer patterns depending on what you’re palletizing.

Case & Carton

Sealed boxes across food, chemical andgeneral manufacturing

Bag

Valve and woven Pp bags with gripper orclamp end-effector.

Bottle & Container

Grouped bottles and containers via vacuumor fork gripper.

Shrink Pack

Film-wrapped multipacks with soft-grip
handling.

Crate & Tray

Open, nestable containers via vacuum orfork gripper..

Mixed-SKU

Multiple product formats palletized to the
same order.

Common questions

Can one robot handle more than one packaging format?

Yes — end-effector and layer program are set per format. Switching between very different formats (e.g. bags to bottles) typically needs a gripper change and program reload.

What's the difference vs a gantry or high-level palletizer?

Robotic systems offer more flexibility across packaging formats and floor layouts; gantry and high-level systems are typically better suited to a single, high-volume format running continuously.

How much floor space is needed?

Footprint depends on infeed configuration and safety fencing — confirmed during layout planning based on your site.

How is installation handled?

Installation is guided through video walkthroughs and live video commissioning support, with on-site engineer deployment available where required.
