What information does ATOP need to recommend a palletizing system?
To evaluate your project, please provide the product or package type, dimensions, weight, required production speed, pallet size, stacking height and available floor space. Photos, videos or a layout drawing of the existing production line will help our engineers prepare a more accurate system recommendation.
Can conveying, palletizing and stretch wrapping be integrated into one system?
Yes. Depending on the project scope, ATOP can integrate product conveying, orientation and handling, palletizing, empty pallet supply, full-pallet conveying, stretch wrapping and forklift or AGV handoff into a complete end-of-line automation system.
How long does it take to prepare a technical proposal?
A preliminary project discussion can begin after we receive the basic product and production information. The time required for a complete technical proposal depends on the project complexity and the completeness of the specifications. Multi-line and fully integrated projects normally require additional engineering review.
What products and package formats can ATOP handle?
ATOP develops palletizing solutions for bags, cases, cartons, shrink-wrapped packs, bottles, containers, drums, pails and other industrial products. For multi-SKU applications, our engineers evaluate the differences in product dimensions, weight, stability, pallet patterns and changeover requirements before confirming the final design.
Can ATOP connect the equipment to an existing production line?
Yes. Before designing the connection, we review the existing line speed, product discharge height and direction, control interface, available floor space, utilities and safety requirements. Providing clear production-line photos, videos and layout drawings helps us verify the integration conditions.
What installation and after-sales support is available?
ATOP can provide installation documentation, remote technical guidance, video support, commissioning assistance and spare-parts support. On-site installation or commissioning support can also be arranged according to the destination country and the agreed project scope.
