Products — High-Level
High-Level Palletizing Systems
Infeed conveys above the pallet for continuous, high-speed production — including dual-infeed configurations that merge two production lanes into one palletizing station.

Configurations
Single-lane vs dual-infeed
Both run on the same high-level platform — the difference is how many production lanes feed into it.
Standard
Single-lane high-level
- One production line feeds one palletizer
- Suited to a single SKU or format running continuously
- Smaller footprint than a dual-infeed setup
Reference case: 70,000 BPH
Dual-infeed high-level
- Two production lines merge into one palletizing station
- Doubles throughput without doubling floor space
- Suited to plants running parallel filling lines
System
What's included
Elevated infeed conveyor
Conveys product above the pallet position, feeding the layer-forming station. Length and lane count configured to your line layout.
Layer forming station
Arranges product into a stable layer pattern before lowering onto the pallet.
Pallet lift/lower mechanism
Indexes the pallet down as each layer is completed, maintaining consistent drop height.
Control cabinet
PLC-based full automatic control with layer pattern programming.

Common questions
Do we need dual-infeed, or is single-lane enough?
If you’re running one filling line, single-lane high-level is typically sufficient. Dual-infeed is for plants merging two parallel lines into a shared palletizing station.
What output speed can this handle?
Our dual-infeed reference case runs 70,000 bottles per hour across two merged lines. Standalone single-lane capacity is specified per configuration based on your product and line speed.
How does this differ from robotic palletizing?
How is installation handled?
Installation is guided through video walkthroughs and live video commissioning support, with on-site engineer deployment available where required.
