FULL-LAYER PALLETIZING
One Palletizing Line, Three Ways to Pack a Bottle
Carton bottle, shrink-pack bundle or large container — bottled water, beverage and liquid-fill lines rarely run just one format. We configure the palletizer, infeed and layer forming around whichever one (or all three) your line actually produces.ucture supports continuous, stable handling of large bottles and other bulky packaged products.

—–What We Automate
TYPICAL END-OF-LINE PROCESS
Bottled water and beverage lines usually have filling and capping already automated. What’s left manual is the section between “packaging done” and “pallet on the truck” — and that’s the part we build. We don’t touch your filler; we take over from the point your bottle, case or shrink pack leaves the packaging machine.

FAQ
Common questions on bottle & container palletizing
Can one system handle both carton bottles and shrink packs?
Yes, if changeover frequency is known upfront — a robotic palletizer with interchangeable grippers is the usual answer. A dedicated high-level system is more cost-effective if you only run one format.
Do you supply the shrink wrapper or case packer as well?
What throughput can a dual-infeed bottle line reach?
Is remote commissioning available for bottle/container lines?
