Common questions on bottle & container palletizing

Can one system handle both carton bottles and shrink packs?

Yes, if changeover frequency is known upfront — a robotic palletizer with interchangeable grippers is the usual answer. A dedicated high-level system is more cost-effective if you only run one format.

Do you supply the shrink wrapper or case packer as well?

We build the palletizing and end-of-line side — infeed conveying, the palletizer itself, stretch wrapping and pallet handling. Upstream case packing or shrink-wrapping equipment is typically integrated from your existing line or a partner supplier.

What throughput can a dual-infeed bottle line reach?

Our confirmed reference installation runs 70,000 bottles/hour across two merged lines. Actual achievable speed depends on bottle size, case pattern and layer-forming complexity — we confirm this against your specific product during quotation.

Is remote commissioning available for bottle/container lines?

Yes. Installation is guided through live video support, with on-site engineers available where the project requires it.
