Dual Infeed Bottled Water Palletizing Line
The Challenge
Client needed to double output from a single bottling line without expanding the palletizing area or hiring additional staff. Existing manual palletizing could not keep pace with new filling machine speed.
Our Solution
Designed a dual-channel infeed system feeding one European-style palletizer. Integrated with a high-speed cantilever stretch wrapper and automatic truck loader. Full PLC control with remote monitoring capability.
