Jiangsu Zhangjiagang ATOP Machinery Co., Ltd. is a palletizing system manufacturer and end-of-line automation integrator based in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China.
We develop robotic and conventional palletizing systems together with product conveying, pallet handling, stretch wrapping, depalletizing and related production-line interfaces. Each project is evaluated according to the product, required output, pallet pattern, available floor space and upstream and downstream equipment.
Depending on the application, ATOP can provide a standalone palletizing cell or coordinate a more complete end-of-line system from packed-product conveying to finished-pallet output.

A palletizing system must operate as one coordinated process—not as a collection of separate machines. Before shipment, ATOP checks the mechanical assembly, product handling, controls, safety functions and operating sequence according to the agreed project requirements.
Machine structure, guarding, conveyors, sensors, drives and pallet-handling components are checked before system testing.
PLC logic, HMI operation, interlocks, alarms, emergency stops and safety devices are verified as part of commissioning.
Available product samples are used to check conveying, orientation, layer formation, pallet pattern and load stability.
The integrated system is tested against the agreed operating sequence and performance criteria before delivery preparation.
