AUTOMATIC TRUCK LOADING SYSTEM ·ATLS

Load a Full Truck. No Forklifts. No Manual Labor.

Fully automated pallet loading directly into trucks and containers. From palletizer output to loaded truck — without a single forklift or manual handler in the loop.

Standard ATLS

1

Truck lane

Single truck bay auto-loading. Ideal for factories dispatching 10–30 trucks per day.

ATLS + Palletizer

End-of-Line

Full system

Palletizer → stretch wrapper → auto truck loader in one integrated cell. Zero manual handling end-to-end.

Multi-Bay ATLS

2–4

Truck lanes

Multiple loading bays for high-dispatch warehouses and distribution centers.

THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE

Manual truck loading is your last bottleneck

Manual Loading

3–6 workers per truck bay, every shift

30–60 minutes to load one truck manually

High injury risk — back strain, forklift accidents

Inconsistent stacking damages product in transit

Forklift dependency creates scheduling bottlenecks

ATOP ATLS

1 operator monitors multiple loading bays

Full truck loaded in 8–15 minutes automatically

Zero manual handling — zero injury exposure

Consistent, tight stacking — reduced transit damage

No forklifts needed in the loading zone

HOW IT WORKS

From production line to loaded truck

01

Pallet Arrives

Completed pallet exits the palletizer and moves to the stretch wrapper via conveyor — fully automated.

02

Stretch Wrapped

Pallet is automatically stretch wrapped for stability and weather protection before loading.

03

Auto Loaded

The ATLS conveyor slides the pallet directly into the truck or container. No forklift, no manual push.

04

Truck Full, Doors Close

System counts pallets automatically and signals when the truck is full. Driver closes doors and departs.

KEY ADVANTAGES

Why factories choose ATOP ATLS

Works With Any Truck or Container

Compatible with open-top trucks, standard trucks, trailers and 20’/40′ containers. No modification to your existing vehicle fleet required.

8–15 Minutes Per Full Truck

Automated loading completes a full truck in 8–15 minutes — 3–4× faster than manual teams. More dispatches per shift, same number of bays.

Zero Forklift Zone

Eliminates forklifts from the loading bay entirely. Reduces accident risk, lowers insurance exposure, and removes forklift operator dependency.

Seamless Line Integration

Connects directly with ATOP palletizers and stretch wrappers, or integrates with your existing end-of-line equipment via standard conveyor interfaces.

APPLICATIONS

Built for high-speed production

Beverage & Bottled Water

High-frequency dispatch operations. ATLS connects directly with palletizer output for zero-touch end-of-line loading.

Fertilizer & Agriculture

Heavy 50kg bag pallets loaded consistently without manual strain. Reduces workforce requirements in dispatch area.

Food & Consumer Goods

Cartons, cases and film packs loaded at consistent density. Reduces in-transit damage from improper manual stacking.

Chemical & Industrial

Drums, IBC totes and pails loaded safely without forklift exposure in hazardous material zones.

Warehousing & Distribution

Multi-bay ATLS configurations for high-volume dispatch centers. Handles mixed pallet types across multiple loading doors.

Building Materials

Cement bags, tiles and heavy materials loaded without manual handling risk. Consistent load density reduces breakage.

CASE STUDY

From the production floor

Malaysia· Beverage · End-of-Line Integration

Full End-of-Line Automation — Palletizer + Stretch Wrapper + ATLS

A major Malaysian water brand integrated ATOP’s palletizer, stretch wrapper and automatic truck loader into a single end-of-line cell. The ATLS eliminated all forklift operations in the dispatch area. The full system — from bottle palletizing to loaded truck — runs with 3 operators replacing a previous team of 12.
